Refund policy

All of our products are handmade and therefore variations in colour, pattern and size are to be expected. We are unable to offer a return based on minor imperfections.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to provide a refund or exchange, provided you return the product to us within 28 working days of your purchase.
The product must be returned to us unused and in saleable condition at the customer’s cost. Please email info@minniparkerdesigns.com to let us know that you would like to return your order.


Returns of bespoke or made to order products, including fabric, wallpaper tiles and lampshades, will only be accepted where products are found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt. We are unable to accept returns of partial or cut lengths of fabric or wallpaper from your original order.

You are responsible checking all goods upon receipt of delivery and should notify us in writing of any faults or defects within 5 working days of delivery, whereupon we will offer a replacement or refund. We cannot accept responsibility for any discrepancies or faults after this time.

The customer is responsible for return postage other than for incorrect or faulty items. We strongly advise that you use recorded or special delivery and retain proof of postage for returns, as we are unable to accept responsibility for parcels that fail to reach us.

REFUNDS

We will aim to process refunds within 5 days of the goods being returned to us. We will also refund the cost of returning goods that we have acknowledged as faulty or incorrect.

LIABILITY

All goods are supplied by Minni Parker on the strict condition that our liability for any fault or defect in the quality, condition, description or fitness for any purpose is limited in amount to a sum not exceeding the purchase price of the particular goods. It is your responsibility to check that you have received the correct order before further processing or passing on to a third party.
