Edelweiss Gingham - Loden Blue

The most highly coveted of all the alpine flowers, I have been looking for Edelweiss in the mountains all my life. The plants spend the winter covered in snow and somehow still bloom from spring to autumn.

When I was ten years old my mother painted the furniture in my bedroom green and covered it in strings of hand painted white Edelweiss. In short, she found a way to bring them home

Edelweiss Gingham looks particularly lovely made into blinds and lampshades.
